IDOL STUDIO 課程及會籍條款與細則

1. 會籍與課程套票 / Membership & Class Packages

· 所有課程套票及會籍均以登記學員名義發出，僅供本人使用。在任何情況下，套票及會籍均不可轉讓、與他人共用或退款。如IDOL Studio發現任何濫用、誤用或違反本條款之行為，有權終止或暫停相關會籍或套票，且不作退款。

· All class packages and memberships are issued in the name of the registered student and are intended for personal use only. They are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable under any circumstances. IDOL Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership or package without refund if abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms is identified.

2. 套票有效期及延期 / Package Validity & Extension

· 每項套票自購買日期或註明之日期起，於指定有效期內有效。

· 如需為已過期套票延期，學員必須購買一個新套票。成功購買後，已過期套票的有效期可從其原始到期日起，根據新購買套票的具體條款額外延長2或3個月。延期並非自動生效，必須與工作室管理人員安排辦理。

· Each package is valid for a specified period from the date of purchase or as stated at the time of sale.

· To extend an expired package, students must purchase a new package. Upon the new purchase, the validity of the expired package may be extended for an additional 2 or 3 months from its original expiry date, subject to the specific terms of the new package purchased. Extension is not automatic and must be arranged with studio management.

3. 工作室權利及爭議處理 / Studio's Rights & Dispute Resolution

·IDOL Studio保留以下權利，以確保運作順暢及為所有學員維持公平環境：

· 最終決定權：如發生任何爭議，IDOL Studio的決定為最終且具約束力。

· 課程管理權：我們保留因不可預見情況（如導師生病、報名人數不足、不可抗力）而暫停、修改、重新安排或終止任何課程、導師或時間表的權利。

· 條款修改權：IDOL Studio保留隨時修改本條款與細則、價格及套票結構的權利，且無需事先通知。繼續使用我們的服務即表示接受更新後的條款。

·IDOL Studio reserves the following rights to ensure smooth operation and a fair environment for all students:

· Final Decision: In case of any dispute, IDOL Studio's decision shall be final and binding.

· Class Management: We reserve the right to suspend, amend, reschedule, or terminate any class, instructor, or timetable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment, force majeure).

· Terms Update: IDOL Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, pricing, and package structures at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. 健康及安全免責聲明 / Health & Safety Waiver

· 參與IDOL Studio的任何課程，即表示您確認並同意自身身體狀況良好，能夠進行相關練習。您自願承擔參與課程的所有風險，並免除IDOL Studio、其導師及員工因您在課程期間或與課程相關而發生的任何人身傷害、損失或損害所承擔的責任。

·By participating in any class at IDOL Studio, you acknowledge and agree that you are in good physical condition and able to undertake the exercise. You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation and release IDOL Studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or in connection with the classes.

5. 個人財物及工作室行為守則 / Personal Belongings & Studio Conduct

·IDOL Studio對留在場所內的任何個人財物的丟失或被盜概不負責。學員應對導師和其他學員保持尊重。破壞性或失禮的行為可能導致會籍被終止且不作退款。

·IDOL Studio is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings left on the premises. Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in membership termination without refund.

6. 遲到及取消政策 / Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

·為減少干擾，學員遲到超過20分鐘可能不得進入課堂，且該節課時可能會被視作已使用。關於團體課，請參閱我們獨立的取消政策了解有關提前通知的要求。

·To minimize disruption, students arriving more than 20 minutes late for a session may not be permitted to join the class, and the session may be forfeited. For group classes, please refer to our separate cancellation policy regarding advance notice requirements.

7. 媒體授權（適用於宣傳） / Media Release (For Marketing Purposes)

· IDOL Studio可能為宣傳目的（網站、社交媒體）對課堂進行拍照或錄影。參與課程即表示您授權我們在此類媒體中使用您的肖像。如果您不希望被拍攝，請於課前告知導師。

·IDOL Studio may photograph or video record classes for promotional purposes (website, social media). By attending, you grant us permission to use your likeness in such media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor before class.

IDOL STUDIO - Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

1. 預訂流程與確認 / Booking Process & Confirmation

· 線上提交預訂申請或付款並不代表預訂成功。

· 所有預訂必須經過IDOL Studio工作人員人工審核與書面（電郵或訊息）確認後，方為生效。我們將在1-2個工作日內回覆確認。

· 審核重點是確保您申請的租用時段與本工作室的常規課程、活動及其他預訂沒有衝突。若時段已被佔用，我們將提供替代時段或全額退款。

· Submitting an online booking request or payment does NOT constitute a confirmed booking.

· All bookings are subject to manual review and official confirmation (via email or message) by IDOL Studio staff. A booking is only valid once such written confirmation is provided. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

· The primary purpose of this review is to ensure that your requested time slot does not conflict with our regular classes, events, or other existing bookings. If the requested slot is unavailable, we will offer an alternative slot or a full refund.

2. 付款、取消與退款 / Payment, Cancellation & Refund

· 租場費用需在預訂確認後，按指定方式及期限全額付清，以確保預留時段。

· 取消政策：若需取消已確認的預訂，必須至少於租用開始前72小時通知我們，方可獲全額退款。在72小時內取消，將不獲退款。

· 若本工作室因特殊情況需取消已確認的預訂，將盡早通知並提供全額退款或重新安排。

· The full rental fee must be settled via the designated method and within the specified period after booking confirmation to secure the time slot.

· Cancellation Policy: To cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

· Should IDOL Studio need to cancel a confirmed booking due to exceptional circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling.

3. 租用者責任與守則 / Renter's Responsibilities & Rules

· 租用者須愛護場地設施、音響設備及鏡牆。任何故意造成的損壞，需按市價賠償。

· 租用時段結束時，須將場地恢復原狀（包括清理個人物品、關閉空調及音響）。

· 租用用途不得違反法律或包含任何危險活動。未經許可，不得在場內進行商業教學或拍攝。

· 租用者應為自身及參與活動的所有人員購買合適的保險，本工作室對租用期間發生的任何財物損失或人身傷害不承擔責任。

· The renter is responsible for treating the studio facilities, sound system, and mirrors with care. Any willful damage will be charged at market price for repair or replacement.

· At the end of the rental period, the studio must be returned to its original condition (e.g., removal of personal items, turning off A/C and sound system).

· The studio may not be used for illegal or hazardous activities. Commercial teaching or professional filming is not permitted without prior authorization.

· The renter is advised to obtain appropriate insurance for themselves and all participants. IDOL Studio is not liable for any property loss or personal injury occurring during the rental period.

4. 其他條款 / Miscellaneous

· 中文：IDOL Studio保留修改本租場條款、價格及有權拒絕任何預訂申請的最終權利。最終解釋權歸本工作室所有。

· English: IDOL Studio reserves the final right to amend these rental terms and prices, and to decline any booking request. All terms are subject to our final interpretation.
